A combined visit to three spectacular Waterfalls. The first
stop is at the Piton Waterfall, where you can have a relaxing
soak in its warm water, in a natural outdoor setting. Your
tour then continues to the Spyke Waterfall, where you will
walk along a brief trail through natural forest and take a
cooling dip in the fresh cool cascading water of this glorious
waterfall.
From here, continue onto the Toraille Waterfall, which drops
50 feet, into a pool at the center of a beautiful garden of
lush greens and bright tropical colors. Enjoy a dip at the
base of this waterfall and a cold beverage in this amazing
garden before heading back to the hotel.

A bus ride from your hotel takes you onto the Fond Gens Libre (village of
free people) Community, to the base of the trail, which winds around the
mountain at a gradual gradient.
Panoramic vistas abound in every direction. Numerous sites, used by
Brigands or black freedom fighters during the slave rebellion of 1748, can
be seen including caves, tunnels, rock shelters, camps, signal stations,
look outs and landing sites.
Tropical birds flit in and around as you ascend the slope.
There are dramatic changes in the vegetation, ranging from arid deciduous
wood lands along the coast, to a broad middle zone rain forest and an
upper mountain zone of elfin woodland and windswept dwarf forest.
A scenic ride from your hotel takes you to the Balenbouche Estate.
Enter another era as you come through the gates of the 80 acre,
19th century Sugar Plantation, within which is an enchanting tropical
garden, set among historic ruins.
Trek along a guided trail to the 18th century sugar mill and learn
how sugar cane was processed and about the indigenous
"Arawaks" and "Caribs" who inhabited the island many years ago or
wander down a trail to the secluded beach below. Return to bask in
the in beauty of the gardens and the tranquil ambience while a drink
is served on the verandah of the Estate House.
See the well-preserved artifacts at the house and learn snippets of
St. Lucian history. Visit the Choiseul craft center for handicraft made
from the area before returning to your hotel.
