This modern villa with private swimming pool is located
in the spa town of Sitges, about 200 metres from the
beach.
The villa is spacious and has three floors and is
located in the Vinyet neighbourhood. The interior is
homey and the villa is provided with all comforts.
There is daily cleaning (included).
During the warmer days the air conditioning takes
care of cooling, and you can take a lovely dip in the
sea.
The villa has a beautifully maintained garden of 500
m2. This holiday residence is perfect for an active
holiday. The indoor squash court in the basement and
the pool table in the recreation room invite you for a
game and some nice together time. On the (covered)
terrace you can enjoy the view of the garden and
swimming pool.
If you dont fancy cooking in the spacious kitchen, you
can try the local specialties in the historic centre of
Sitges (min. 5 minutes walk).
There are various water and mountain sports
offerings surrounding the villa. The beautiful coastline
of Sitges is at least three km long and a visit to the
Garraf Nature Park is a chance to enjoy the
mountainous landscape.
Barcelona, the city of Gaudí, is only 35km away and is
easily accessible. The El Prat airport is only 30 minutes
drive away.
Note: For an extra fee you can use extra services,
such as transfer to and from the airport, shopping,
babysitting and culinary services.
